Now what the hell ever happedned to Charles Gagnier? He was the rail king before people even heard of Tommy Walnuts. Remember when the octograb was hot shit?
 
He's still hot shit.. I just saw an ad on the sidebar for him.. Also have you seen Level 1's After Dark? He shares a pretty banger segment with JF Houle
 
Thank you for this thread. I am drunk too. Although I spent many a year making fun of his horrible style, he is a talented mother fucker and that new edit proves it so. Since styles vary for everyone and their fans, I don't think his aggro flailly style should mean he disappears, especially with that talent.

I heard he decided to step back to focus on life or something...
 
he had several shots in after dark... the dude has definitely not just dropped outta the ski scene if he's still puttin out shit with berman, and edits like that.
 
It seemed as though he just didnt learn doubles when everyone else did and therefore fell off of the major comp scene. Bak in skimatic (05 season?) He did all 4 1080s no one else was doing that back then.
 

I don't get what you're saying, I've never seen Gangier flail in his tricks, he never spread out at the end of his jumps. What he does just look so easy and smooth and the stuff he's doing is the hardest shits. You must be really drunk, haha good for you
 
my thought exactly...my knees are trembling from watching that. Gagnier goes hard as hell, he has many unique and intricate lines that id like to see more of nowadays
