WTB- Waterproof Shell jacket

I need a waterproof shell type jacket for wearing around town...size S-L, if its tall fitting thats fine I just dont want something really baggy since I'm 5'7. Brand doesnt really matter. Hit me with what you got.

might not help but northface makes some really nice shells and so does first drop.. well they are coats but also kind of a shell
