WTB used urban bungee

you can make one easily, walmart sells 50 ft of 1/2" shock cord. Split it into 3 equal sections, tie a bowline at each end of the cord, attach to a heavy duty carabiner and braid it, then attach the back end to a carabiner also. Attach a waterski handle/rope through a pipe, and let er rip! gonna run you like $60 maximum
