check out telemarktips.com in their buy/sell/trade forum. they'd have a lot of cheep gear in there. and since you're pretty average size i'm sure you'll find someone selling something you need.
and here's the thing with skis... you don't need tele specific. any ski you like skiing alpine on will be fine for tele. you should really be thinking about mounting position. true center won't quite work, because when you go to drop a knee you loose all your tip, and if you're in powder, you'll just submarine. go a few cent. back when mounting. you'll really figure that part out on your own feel though.
as for bindings. stay away from G3. They're loose and you'll eat shit a lot if you're used to alpine. i'd really recomend bomber (expensive) hammer head (mid range) or the rottefella cobra r8 or the blackdiamond o1.
as for boots, you've gotta pick what fits your foot. garmont fits the widest range, but if you've got narrow feet i'd say go for a scarpa (it fits close to a lange) crispi is good too.
