WTB: Salomon 914 / Atomic 614 bindings with sliding AFD's

Looking for a pair (or two) of sliding AFD's from 2007/2008 Salomon 914 or Atomic 614 toes (four screw mount). I'll even buy the complete bindings if that's what it takes.

I've got money plus a pair of brand-new 2013 Driver AFD/stomp pads to trade, which are wider and stronger than the old sliding AFD's. Thanks.
