I used mine today to save my life, and now the liner is a wee bit cracked and the outside has 2 compressions (thanks mr. tree, it was nice to meet you too). Anyway I loved this helmet and I want to replace it with another of the same. Long shot, I realize, but I don't want the stupid Titanium Dada version they sell now. Mine has a black/brown strap and an adjustable head thing that you can dial down to a snug fit. I believe it's from 07/08 or 08/09. Looks like the pic below.
