yo i have like a 2008 mac book pro, brand new motherboard and everything, only think is the screen is cracked, not like the actual screen its self but like the inside has like black cracks in it. you could buy a new screen for it or you can make do with it cracked, i used it for like a year with it cracked, id be willing to sell it for like 400$. lemme know. it has photoshop and all the microsof programs as well.
 
why do you just buy a new one off the apple site?
we appreciate you looking out for the fellow NS'ers but you should buy smart on something like this. Just sayin
 
no worries man, i completly understand, i dont know how much screens are so i though it may save u a few bucks but i could be wrong. id be down to sell it for 300$ so yeah just let me know. goodluck
 
check out the refurbished section on apple's site... it's a lot cheaper, you can get the same applecare coverage. i've bought a few things refurbished, they're not used, they just replace a defective part so it is basically brand new.
 
yeah I've been looking on there. just wanted to see if any fellow ns'ers had one because its a broader approach than just looking on craigslist.
