correct me if im wrong.... but in the range of 26.5-28 there are 3 different shell sizes and probably a range of 30mm in bsl. you might want to go to your local shop and get fitted before you do any purchasing over the inter webs.... lemme re phrase that: please go to your local shop and get fitted for boots lol
