Don't care if they're used, as long as they're in decent shape (especially the bases). Also don't care if they come with mounted bindings or not.
 
Hey man I wouldn't buy the tiger snakes. My buddy rode them and after 2 years of use one of his tails is falling up and they are unable to be skied on.
