WTB: Jacket, waterproof, warm, and with plenty of pockets

So I'm looking for a new jacket this year. Its kinda hard because there arent many shops around me to go and look at stuff. I preferably wanna go with something mainly black (maybe with some purple in it) to match my skis. I ski in the northeast US so I want somethign that will keep me warm and DRY. I also wanna get something with a good amount of pockets, waterproof and regular. I like to carry my iphone on me for music, cigs, wallet...etc.

Any help is appreciated.
