WTB - HD camcorder. under $850

I'm looking for an HD camcorder, Don't have all the money in the world. But if you have anything FS under 850 just leave me a PM or comment and we'll get to talkin. I'm pretty broad about this because i'm looking for a variety of things so just lemme know.

And it has to be able to work in the harsh, cold conditions (obviously)
 
iv got a sony hrd sr-5 that iv been looking to sell if your interested. its hd with a 40 gig hard drive and its in perfect condition. id be willing to sell it for 250ish.
