I have a pair of Dalbello Kingstons in real nice shape 26.5 with an A-line (http://www.aline.com/) performance footbed already fitted. Those are 3 piece tongues like the full tilts but they got a little facelift and IMO they'll function and hold up a lot better for you. Willing to sell them for $200 with the footbed, $150 without... let me know in a message if you're interested. Here's a photo:

They're 25.5 Konflicts. I'd go to a bootfitter and have them tell you what size you should be. 95% of people on this site are in boots too big for their foot I'd say. If you're a 8 or 9 shoe, the 25.5 fulltilt might work.
