if he's just looking for a plain tall black one or something id recommend like either a gas station or Kohls, walmart, TJ maxx. etc. they usally have decent ones for pretty cheap.

does your friend live in a cave? you can go to like any store and buy a black beanie for like 2 dollars, and thats without shipping
i guess it could be hard to find one in august though
