its not really thick at all I find. Super breathable. I figure I will have to put on another mask on top like a yowie or something to make sure Im warm. So basically if your wearing it alone, it will break the wind, be easily breathable, and won't make you insanely hot.

mind you this kid skis in ontario...

I use it in the PNW, and it is WARM. I've only used it on pow days; yowie most of the time otherwise.

quality though, fairly breatheable and not so stretchy.
