Write for The Ski Journal

Hello old friends and new friends. I’m the editor of The Ski Journal, a quarterly coffee table cultural catalog of skiing. In other words, a ski magazine.

I’m looking for serious writers, I know at least one of you is on this site, to contribute to the magazine. Sure, I have access to the best writers in the business and I’ll continue to work with them, but when I was a 19 year old kid this website gave me an opportunity to write about skiing the way I wanted to and I’d like to offer the same. You’ll work directly with me and I’ll never make you write anything we wouldn’t pay you for.

If you’re interested in pitching, send me an email to Rogge@theskijournal.com.

If you’re a photographer, send an email, too and I’ll pass along our submission guidelines.

I’m nearly 33 and there’s no way I alone can tell the story of our generation of skiing. Thanks for taking the time to read this thread. I look forward to hearing from you.

Super cool to see you landed at TSJ - I've always had mad respect for what you guys do there.

I know I owe you a call. :)

Mike,

I sent my submission in about 2 weeks ago, I will follow up with a pm on here. I have been working on my story for quite awhile and I was referred to you by Devon O'Niell in Breckenridge, Colorado. I will be in touch, thank you.
