Anyone notice like 75% of hte threads on here recently have all been callouts? I thought NS was suppose to be safe and everyone was cool but damn this has gotten bad. I've gotten lucky so far(knock on wood) but now I've gotten real nervous bout buying anything. SOmething has to be done with all this crap going on. I know i posted a thread not bout selling or buying but just wanted to see how everyone else felt and see if anything is being done to try to stop this atleast.
 
It has increased lately, but realistically it's only a fwe people that are screwing with others

Threads are stickied at the top of the forum which give you some guidelines to failsafe trading, so check them out. A members feedback is a good place to start.

At the end of the day the site isn't responsible for what happens between members so it's best to take relevant precautions before trading with someone
 
Just seems like even people who have good feedback have gotten real sleezy lately. And then they get a new account and pull the same crap again. Just think its about time something is done. whether its ip blocking or whatever.
 
exactly. ive been on a little bit of a rampage in terms to one callout in particular, but the scams took place months ago. same goes for the saucey callouts, for the most part at least.

people close to the scammers need to help out the NSers that were scammed, at least i would want people to help me out if i were scammed.
 
yeah but the OPer has been on here for just over two months. What do they have to compare it to?
Its not that bad. It happens, but just be careful and get as much info as possible.
 
I might have only had an account for two months but i've been on NS for awhile. just never got an account because i never had the urge to buy anything until i got paypal recently
