Wow no license in a bit

so i've had my junior operators for like 11 months and i didnt get pulled over once. i would have gotten my operators on aug 12 when i turn 18 but 2 days ago i got a ticket. i was going 44 in a 40 and i looked at my friend and said "i should slow down" and then i did. a second later i see a uvm cop and shes pulling out b/c right there it goes from 40 to 25. so i get a 19 mph over 3 pointer. by the time they process it ill lose my license within days of my 18th bday for 90 days. so gay. a month later and that ticket would be 1/4 of my points. fuck
 
he had his junior operator's license which is from 16.5 to 18. i get my license in october, i have my permit :)
 
i just lost mine a few weeks ago, cruising on my bike going 140, and saw the cops... didnt think they would chase me so i kept going, i looked back and didnt see cops so i slowed down and got off 2 exits later. once i pulled off the highway i got stopped at a red light, and right as it turned green 3 cops pulled up behind me and two infront of me (blocking me in) and they said over the speaker "turn your bike off put your hands on your head and put the kickstand down" and then the neighboring city cops that i sped past showed up, so there were 11 cop cars total. outcome of this was, jail for 2 nights, and a 2000$ bail, and no license till halloween day.
 
In vt when you challenge the tickets they always take off the points and lower the fine. Everyone i know who has challenged their tickets have gotten the points at least reduced and most of the time the cop doesnt even show up.
 
aww BRROOO hella sorry to hear that. i hate the cops that pull u over for going less than 5 over. shits just ridiculous. probably also that you had an N on your rear and that made you even more fairgame. i hate asshole cops that hang that kid of a burdon around your neck. sympathy from me, man thats a shit deal. kinda like me getting an MIP the night before i go home from college for the year. lol and im 20, SOOO CLOOOSE and i blew it.
 
yeah seriously. i'm sure they might take off a point or something so you don't lost your license. or say you need to drive to work and school. plus where it happened it just changes over to a 25, say you didn't see the sign or by the time you saw it you didn't have time to slow down cause the cop was on your ass...
 
its your first offence. Go to court, make a good impression, you wont loose your license, you might not even get a ticket..
 
yeah I might be losing my license for 90 days.. in massachusetts if youre under 18 and get just 1 speeding ticket then you lose your license for 3 months.. well i drove 8 hours in 1 day to stowe and back to ski at the rail jam and the whole was i was keeping it at like 10 mph over the limit on the highway, then we hit this real big downhill and i didnt pay attention.. got pulled over going 86 and got a ticket.

that was may 24 and i contested the ticket to try and not lose my license but its been 1.5 months almost and i've still heard nothing back.
 
damn bro. you shouldve parked that bitch at a store, and laid low for a little bit. Bikes hide easily.

Biggest adrenaline rush I've had to date, was riding shotgun, with my buddy driving his dad's Mustang Cobra. We were booking at like 130 on the highway. We pass a cop sitting off the gutter. And my buddy immediately went into panic mode. He floored it up to like 140 and kept going. To tell you the truth, the road kind of came to a bend and we never even saw the cops lights come on. But theres no way in hell he ever would've caught up to us either. He passed up the first exit then immediately got off at the next one. We pulled around the back of this small diner, and parked it there. We got out and had one of our friends pick us up. We went back and got it later that night.

My heart was jumping out of my chest and i wasn't even the one driving.
 
one time i was cruising with my buddy is his STI, we were doing a buck twenty down I-91, we pass a cop, and say fuck it he won't catch us, keep going, well about 5 miles down the road he catches up to us and just yells over his loudspeaker "SLOW DOWN!", and drove off

i got same thing in mass cept i know some ppl so i just got the ticket removed. It takes a while to get it in the mail tho, like a few months. But since its ur first offencse i highly doubt u will loose your license, tons of my friends have gotten tickets and none have. Its ur first offence so u might not even get a ticket
 
i would have if i knew they were chasing me, i ran from the cops many times because i knew they were chasing me, ive gone a 6 mile stretch doing 170 then hid in some rando's driveway.
 
haha you guys in all these gay states. ive had my provisional license from the day i was 15 and 6 months! new mexico rules. full license from 16.5 no questions asked and you are as good as a 45 year old middle aged balding male, taking his kids to soccer practice in his brand new pre owned sonata.
 
blows. Vt only needs a few cops in certain towns anyways, then just staies. UVM, St Mikes, Chittenden, and DMV cops are jokes.
 
i never got pulled over until after i had my license for over 2 years. then when i finally did it was for going 22 over and i just got a warning. i also got pulled over like 3 months later but i was only going like 7 over, so i got another warning.
 
word, here in Florida you get it at 16 no questions asked. and your license doesnt get suspened for tickets.
 
hell yeah. i just lost my license too for driving someone when i havn't had my six months. 3 fucking months of no license and to top it off i am going to have to ride the school bus for a month. i dont fit on the school bus anymore
