First of all, let me start by saying that I am one of probably 5 skiers that has twin tips and baggy clothes at my hill, so I stick out...a lot. You should also note that I think snowing is retarded, and I don't do it, unless it's to my friends. Nevertheless, after helping setup the park today for a few hours I went into the chalet to grab some food, and as I walked past a man of about 35-40 he, said something to me which I couldn't make out, so I just kinda smiled and went on my way.

Before I got two feet the guy says "Yea, you think that's funny? tough guy?" So i turned around and said "Sorry?" The rest of the conversation panned out like this, in front of like 50 people:

Him: You snowed my six year old son when he crashed!

Me: Huh? what?

Him: MY six year old crashed and you sprayed him with snow, you're lucky I didn't see it. Touch guy, watch it?

Me: I have no clue what you're talking about, I haven't been skiing for the last 4 hours because I've been setting up the terrain park so I think you have the wrong guy

Him: No, he pointed you out, it was you. You don't need to make up lies

Me: So you're gonna take a six year old word against mine? (I'm almost 18)

Him: Yea I am, and you better not do that again, you're lucky i didn't see it, you better watch out

Me: I better watch out? Are you threatening me right now? cause if you want to step outside I will

Him: I'm not talking about fighting, I'm just saying you better watch out

Me: Look, if i did it, I'm sorry but I really think you have the wrong guy, snowing people is not cool.

Him: Okay bud sure, watch it, (and he starts jerkin his body likes hes gonna head butt me even though I have a helmet on)

Me: Whatever, I have no clue what you're talking about

Now I would guess that his son either did get sprayed or didn't and just started hating, but I mean come on, going and telling on someone when they didn't do something? I realize the kid is 6 but that's lame even for a 6 year old. Just fucking dumb and it ruined my day. For the record I'm sure I woulda bossed the guy cause I had a good 6 inches on him. unfuckingbelievable, sorry i just needed to vent.
 
what a fucking loser man. Props for sticking up for urself , not many people would do that to someone whos 10-20 years older. (Shank the guy next time u see him. lol)
 
dude, shit happens, i've ran into 6 year olds over (its hard when you teach 8 of them at a time), it was probably just a really uncool dad and uncool kid,
 
Why are parents so fucking crazy on the slopes? The other day I was coming out of some trees and there was some gaper lady and her kid skiing like 15 yards away, so I pop a 180 out of the trees no where near them and she starts screaming at me. I waited for her to catch up and she started bitching you better fucking watch where you're going. All I said was "ok sure", what a fucking bitch she was cursing and shit in front of her kid, and I was no where fucking near them, fucking cunt, then she skied off shittily while saying some stupid jibberish I couldn't comprehend
 
Thats gay. i hate parents that like freak out in front of there kids. cuz, the kids dont like it, and its just annoying for anyone listening.

hahaha holy shit i was working on my switch skiing today at deer valley (had to go with a family) and i had at least 10 people come up to me yelling at me about how i could hit people, even though im in more control switch than half that mountain is forward.
 
the real problem is how the parents stand behind their kids in these situation and the kid have absolute power over some parents opinion...

Now try to educate these kids afterward and get them to earn when they need to respect people and not be asses all the time.

The worst thin about it is that we pretty much all will do the same laterin our life.
 
I was just cruising on my twin tips and going under the lift and this little kid probably like 4 or something was with his dad( who looked pretty cool like and extreme like powder skier kinda guy nice gear and stuff) anyways his son who is like 4 and is wearing a bright blue helmet with stuff on it looks down at me and i'm cruising backwards and all of the sudden i hear him in this little nice kid high pitched voice say "nice backwards skiing buddy!" haha it was great.

only teens or grown ups.

the best is when a snowboarder is on his knees facing up hill, trying to push himself back up and you zoooom up to him and shower him right as he looks at you.

the worst is when you take another run and ride up the lift with one of your victims.

"Man! That is now cool. YOU GOT SNOW ALL DOWN MY HOODIE."

stupid gapers. get off my hill.
 
the worst is when parents get all defensive of their kids and the kids dont even care. i had a lady come into the ski shop one time she had a gift certificate well the computers were down. so the mom is all like alright son pick out something you want. so the kid is just looking around and doesnt really see anything he wants so the mom is like well hey you want these sun glasses the kid kinda shrugs says sure why not. the mom wants to buy them and i explain to her the computers are down and i cant accept gift certificates at this time. totally flips a shit and ends up straight up walking out of the ski shop with the sun glasses in hand without paying for them to go to the office. the whole while the kid just sits there not even caring.
 
i hate when im skiing on some blue or green trying to get somewhere, not skiing like a maniac or anything, but weaving in an out of people that can't ski for shit. when their making their huge turns across the entire trail and i accidentally cut them off, they give me dirty looks!

i donno about snowing people i dont know. i would feel like to much of a dick to spray ome parent or teenager unless their my friend or family. i know if some teenager did it to me, i would get up, haul ass, and push his ass into the woods
 
i know what you mean i hate that and if you skiing with friends youll try to catch up to them if yourbehind and people that suck use the whole hil to make one turn and then if you cut them off purposly oraccidentaly they either say what the fuck or yeah dirty look
 
hahaha ive been therei almost got my ass beat by this pissed off peurto rican dad cus his son ducked under the ropes in the park and cut me off on the wall ride and i ALMOST hit him, guy straight up comes up and pushes me and tries to start shit, ski patrol didnt do shit to help me out either, stupid yuppy ass hoez bro ballin me breh

so one day im just skiing the park with a bunch of frirends, good times, you know the deal. well it was the weekend so the park was filled with a bunch of non-parkrats and their tiny kids and whatnot. so i make a run through, and on this last jump this kid swerves onto the landing, and to not hit him, i freak out in the air and eat shit bad.
without being asked if i was okay, a man demands what the hell i just did. i told him i fell trying to not hit his reckless child, and he goes on to yell at me for being reckless. i told him at the top i called my drop, looked at all of the landings and whatnot to see if they are clear, which they were, and then dropped. He doesnt see how i did everything i could to not kill his child, which worked out, and he still doesnt get it.
so this ski patrol comes down on the side, and the guy flags him over. He tells the ski patrol in a totally biest point of view what happened. i quote "he came flying off that jump, all crazy and over the place, not knowing what he was doing! he almost hospiilized my child, who luckily swerved out of the way at the last moment!" he then asks the ski patrol if he can take my pass for endangering his child due to reckless skiing. \the ski patrol dude then says i need to have his point of view on the sotry before i can do naything, he gets mine then luckily two of my friends come down and tell the guy whats up and what did. the ski patrol basically says to the guy fuck off, the kis is right here, but in a much more polite way to the dad.
not about the kid, but about fucked up dads and stupid kids.
 
dont know if this reltates but when a bunch of us(newschoolers)were hiking the park a bunch of snowboarders come down and sit on the rail we were hitting.we were just like WTF,and they started to yell about how they sat there behind us for 10 minutes and we didnt move.when there was about 15 feet on both sides of our group.so they just start freaking out about us not moving and that they were just gonna sit on the rail and see how we like it.

they sat there for about a minute and then got up and slid off.

it was just kinda annoying but i have it on video and its pretty funny to listen to them whine

 
yeah exactly especially when they are like 50 years old and all they do is rol right over the jumo and wreck the lip and shit
