ok we bought a brand new dell like a month ago and it is already fucked up. i barely use it too. and i had to wait for like an hour on the phone and htne when they finally gave me someone it said leave a message in the voicemail. The video card is screwed up and we have to mail the computer to them and they have to fix it or else they wont pay for it under warranty it is so gay

ya i have a dell, and it sucks complete ass - already gone through 2 hard drives, and a bunch of other problems. either build your own for half the price, or get an apple

i've had a mind computer for 2 years, it pretty much works fine. Had to wipe the hard drive once..but that was virus damage. Service is good too...there's a dealer in my town that does it pretty fast.

 
yea get an apple.... or build your own computer, its way cheaper and pretty easy

i have a dell and its messed up a few times, but generally been pretty good. but i mean, all computers fuck up way more than they should, computers are kinda gay, really.

yeah but the dell we had a couple years ago was kick ass almost never broke when it did we could call and get amazing service and in the last 8 months they have gone horribly downhill. their customer service and technical service is horrible in comparison. hopefully we might get an alien ware later. I just think it is stupid that i have to send the computer back where it will have to stay for quite a while for something that is a simple fix.

if you want to see some REALLY sweet computers that are made in Canada (well, assembled anyway) albeit rather expensive, check out VooDooPC. They make the nicest looking boxes around...and it'll give you an idea what my box is gonna look like once it's finished...mmmm....windows and neon lights.

Dell is opening a big-tech support center in my city in a couple months.... and they are hiring like 300 'service representatives'. All my friends are getting jobs, and most of them are computer-illiterate :). I applaude Dell for staffing its ranks with morons.

hah yeah the aldy iwas talking to was named yolanda. that would be a pretty funny job though. one time a called compaq and another person called so i put the guy on hold for a while. i think lineskier321 was at my house when that happened possibly?

Back in the day when Altavista had free internet. I called them up and this girl put me on hold for so long that my friend just started yelling at her for half an hour. Then at the end he just told her to fuck off because they couldn't even fix my problem. Thats when I started paying for my internet.
