I would like to upload some pictures of myself and some friends but thte pics i have are all about 80k in size. Does anyone know how to shrink them down to 30 so i can hen upload them???

open them up in paintshop or any other program like that (paint might even do it)

then resize it to probably a bit less than %50, keep tryin till they are small enough
