As long as they fit, yeah, they'll work the same. They are the same shell, tongue, cable/buckle system boot - the only difference is the liner is older so it's not really the same, but still good.
It will work just like a Full Tilt except the liner. What makes Full Tilts awesome is the Intution Liner than comes with them. You can buy them separately but they are kind of expensive.
i got some old raichle boots that i was so stoked on, becuase that is where full tilt got their design, turned out to be too small so my cousin got them, but definetly worth the 15 bucks and besides the liner are very similar to FT, get them if you can.
I skied old Raichles with Inution liners I bought. They were good. One thing to remember though is that they are old, and plastic degrades. Mine had various parts break until I gave up on them and bought Il Moros.
I skied the Raichle Flexon as well for a long time. I had them until 2004 when i sold them to my younger brother. He used them for a few years until he got some Full Tilts. I now ride Dalbello Krypton Pro´s.
Friend of mine was rocking a pair last season and loved them. This is also a kid skiing over 100 days a year, competing in the extremes, and skiing some big scare the piss outta you lines. If they fit your feet and still have a decent liner no reason they shouldn't work just fine.
