Wassup yall, just your average stupid 17 year wondering how to create a summer backyard rail setup? I can't find exact costs or even the right wood materials and all of that. Just curious if any of you AMAZING people could share me some advice or even (how to) create a backyard setup.

Nails,wood,pvc,turf,more wood,water.... IDK lol

Just please give me some info

Not sure how close you live, but this guy is giving away a full backyard setup. If you have the free time to put towards improving your rail game I say just go for it, bud.

Build a jib cult has a bunch of thread about them. Some later replies about what worked and what didn't. Some step by steps with materials. Poke around a bit.

If there was anyone to listen to it'd be this guy

dude let me tell you what will cut your costs. go to the NEAREST contstruction site and check out their big ass dumpster containers they got there. It will be full of scrap wood and there will be some things you can use. you can also ask them if they got any while they're working they might hook it up. if youre a real POS who doesn't give a FLYING FUCK theres seems to always be PVC in SOMEBODY's yard. Idk why but there just always is. its like ez to find. just go snag it when nobody's looking. no dont do that thats naughty. you can also you palettes for cheap scrap wood. really when its all said and done you can get one built for less than $100. it dont have to be pretty. it just gotta get u doin tricks. But if you want you can also spend $300. me n my friends built one when we were like 14. we made the drop in 15' high. DO NOT DO THIS it is a waste of time and so unnecearry. your drop in literally needs to be like 5 feet tops and it does what you gotta do. yea then you just build it theres like templates online for good builds and good rails. just follow one of those suckers. GOOD LUCK u won't regrat it they are great. the best summer day begins with a continetal breakfast then a bike ride to the local diving board then bike back have a greek faro salad then Sesh the summer setup then take a trip to your nearest cliff jumping spot and throw some gainers then hit the skatepark in the late evening sun then go back have steak and salad play some video games then go out at night drinking and vandalizing shit all the whole time you need to be smoking lots of pot. dont take my word for it im just saying its a nice idea but you probably shouldn't half of what I just said unless you have your parents permission first.

Love it broshino, much respect may pass on the whole vandalize shit and smokin pot

My dad & I built my backyard setup using 4 rows of 2x4s with the screws lining up at equal points so that it collapses into itself to fold up (super easy to store & put back up). Then we just screwed on plywood & then turf. We did the same thing for the kicker, and to adjust the height we just shoved a 2x4 underneath. It’s kind of hard to explain but here are some pics for reference. Hope this helps!

Having an adjustable lip is a really good idea I wish I did that with mine

go to construction sites and dumpster dive-talk to the guys they are usually chill

it you find the big THICK teal pvc out lengthwise in half to double length of rail

and however big you were going to build your drop in, add a foot and try to MINIMIZE ANY FLAT SPOTS IN THE DROP IN

Thanks HOMIE, i would love some pricing or something. PLus i dont got a jungle gym (swingset park ting) so yeah its gonna be hefty
