Worn heel on ski boots

Hi so I had to walk a long ways in my ski boots on cement and the heel is nice and rounded out where the heels were smackin the concrete, Could this be a problem and have any affect on anything and how do I know if it's bad enough to make a difference????

Peace

It can effect how your boot sits in the binding. If it gets too worn, then it wont seat right and the binding wont work correctly. A shop will be able to tell you if its good or not.

A lot of boots now have replaceable inserts in the toe and heel. They are cheap to replace generally. If your boot doesnt have em, a bootfitter may be able to reshape the boot so that it works.
