Few problems.
Issue #1 - The second you hit that submit button the company will have your information. They can and will trace any fraudulant orders. Generally, they will hand over these issues to the upper authorities such as the FBI. Quite easily, they can trace the order back to you. Whether you realize it or not, just by browsing the website and/or using their forms you just gave them all the information they need on you. They will have your name and address - which they can also get from your isp (isps are forced to cooroperate with authorities on all federal issues).
Issue #2 - They will process credit cards BEFORE shipping out an item. With the 'call me' feature, they will call you to arrange billing. If you give them an invalid credit card #, they will not ship the item. They will process it and the second it doesn't go through they will drop it.
Issue #3 - I sure hope you don't plan on sending the items to your or anyone you know's personal address. If you do, you just may get a warm greeting from an undercover agent upon picking it up.
Fraud, identity theft, and credit card frauds are huge issues right now.. The government is prepared to do anything and everything they can to fight it. This is not something they take lightly. They will prosecute you to the fullest extent, to make a precedent of it.
I know this first hand. I was set up for credit card fraud and identity theft. Upon returning to my house, I was greeted by over 11 police cars and 25 or so officers. Everyone from high-tech crimes, chief of police, bomb squad, and the list goes on. I have to now take the police department to court in order to get my personal possesions back. They will take everything from you.
Trust me, it's not worth it.
