World Cup vs Expert Booster Strap

so I just bought a fresh set of boots and am doing a few things to get them to fit the best way I can. Anyways I am torn and don’t know if i should go with the WC or the expert booster. I am just trying to reduce shin bang and get some more boost, not really stiffen my boots that much.

World Cup booster is as close to static as possible, expert has some flex to it. I get super shitty shin bang and honestly a booster strap doesn’t make a huge difference. I’d get the expert one and just try not to land backseat or get boots that hold your heel back into the boot better to avoid shin bang.

They have a good chart on the box suggesting where to go. The World Cup is some kind of firm, that most people struggle to get the benefit of them. Boot fitting is one of those things where it shouldn’t be a dick measuring contest on who has the stiffest gnarliest boots but rather what works for you.

I've been rocking the expert on my boots the last 3 seasons. Got new boots and ordered the wc this year. Yeah it's harder to stretch if you're a little bitch.

Seriously tho op, you can always cut a strap away. It literally says it on their faq section. I say go wc and size down by cutting a strap if need be. It's not that stiff.
