Working for the Park Crew?

Hey I was just wondering if anyone here works for there local mountains Park Crew? I work at my local mountain as a ski instructor and I was thinking about applying to work for the park crew next season. I was just wondering if anyone here does, what's the work like, hours, pay,skill set, the vibe of being the ones who build the park? Any help would be nice, thanks.

i run the park cat at my mountain. there is only a 2 man park crew so i do alot of grunt work too.
