WOOHOO!

Ive wanted one for a while just to fuck around with. I remember my middleschool had an old one stashed away somewhere and it never got used. Maybe ill head over there and try to buy it
 
ive been looking at the usb ones but couldnt bring my self to buy them because they can only handle a small voltage...then i found a legit one that can handle 400V and has logging and analytical software that comes with it so i couldnt resist. now i just need an arbitrary function generator. and why the hell did your middle school have one?
 
Dunno. It was a really old, looked like something from the cold war era. I dont think the science teacher actually knew what it was.

haha did it have like a circle screen with a grid on the glass itself? there used to be one of those in our circuits lab but its not there this year
 
haha thats really similar to the one that was in our lab. the new ones we use are sooo nice. they were $40,000 each and that was the bulk price when they bought 30+
