Why is it not a major legal dispute?
Three major corporations have been arguing, in state court, over land and multi-million dollar leases for over a year. It's resulted in the loss of a bunch of jobs and money. Not to mention, it's still going on. With twists like back-dated letters, Vail taking over operations and evicting PCMR from the land, then revoking their eviction notice, large scale plans to change a big portion of the Wasatch front, and on top of that, the ever infamous Ski Link is being still being proposed. So... explain to me why this is NOT a major legal dispute. And don't just reference some 6th grade "you're stupid" joke.
I don't get why you're so hung up on me thinking that this is interesting. I have skied at Park City for the past 11 years, and worked at PCMR for 5 of them. I do know some of what's going on.
Regardless, this is still interesting, and you're still ginger.
