Woodward Copper During Summer

Not sure if this is a common thread or not because I am still pretty new to Ns but does anyone know if during the summer you could hike up to the big central park which Woodward has or is that open only to the camp.

They are only open for public access on the weekends. It isn't free either, despite having to hike. Heard they might be putting in a little magic carpet this year, but not sure about that.

So two things, one the park will be open Friday Saturday and Sunday this year. That's the park right at the base area. NOT the park the kids ride.

Two ya gotta hike but it's super fun. There's no plans to put in a carpet this year.
