I use Titebond III (type 3). Readily available and is waterproof once dried/ cured. Epoxy can foul the threads of the screws, aka stay attached to screw when you remove it, and I could see that being an easily avoided pain by opting for glue instead.
Montana (the ski tuning machine company, not the state) makes a silicone product I believe which I would use if more readily available
Wood glue, unless otherwise specified by your manufacturer.
Epoxy isn't preventing your binding screws from ripping out, no matter what anyone tells you.
As long as there are no issues with the wood core and you have a powerful drill with a sharp bit of the proper size and depth, then wood glue is all you need (unless otherwise specified) to keep your bindings on your skis.
