wow so i probably clicked the link from here so thanks newschoolers.

Got a email this morning from Brecks Marketing coordinator saying i won the Live Like a Pro Contest that Breck just had. Looked legit but i didnt wanna get my hopes up too fast.

Finally i couldnt wait for another email response and had to call this guy to verify.

He answered and confirmed i won!!!!!

3 days in Breck, airfare, lodging, shuttles and lift tickets for 2!

AND VIP on all the lifts, first chair each day and i will get to lap the park with Bobby Brown and some other pros! haha this is insane! still cant believe it.

Im sure a lot of people deserve this but man, living here on long island all i do is wish and dream to go out west to ski but lifes tough sometimes and hard to afford those trips so this is such a blessing they dont even know!

Ive only been out west to Utah once years ago and been dieing to visit Breck especially. ( i even put in applications for work out there)

TL:DR i know, just had to share my stoke with people who would appreciate it.

even after talking to the guy on the phone and chewing his ear off i still wont believe it until i have plane tickets in my hand! haha

luckily not many of my friends ski and only one can even ski good stuff out west so i made his whole life by calling him before, told me i was the man like 50 times in a row

dream come true for me....Ive been thinking about moving out there for years and maybe this taste will get me to man up and do it!!! All i think about is skiing out there this is awesome
 
Fuck congrats man! I'd be pretty stoked but also intimidated to be skiing the park with bobby brown! Take advantage and get some tips from some of the best!
 
Congrats! Im sure your friend was even happier because he wasn't even expecting something like this to happen.

congrats dude!! just make sure you don't come during busy season or else you will be waiting in line your entire trip

lol at the bidding for the package. at this point i wouldnt sell it for anything man, priceless experience, im trying not to think about it, work and sleep is are gonna be hard for the next few weeks.

Cant wait to possibly get any tips from Bobby or any of those guys out there. Yes its intimidating but i know im not that good at park but im just gonna be glad to be there and watch them throw down! hopefully get into some pow/trees thats where im pretty good.

too sick, cant wait for the details hard to believe still. obviously will take pics and use my goPro the whole time
 
haha thanks. they are hooking me up with VIP lifts no waiting front of line every time....and first tracks first chair each day im there lol

and to that shuttle driver.....you will def get a nice tip if i stay there, shit everyone in breck will be tipped good those days!
 
Thanks because the kid who won the "design a feature in the dew tour course" contest stiffed me and i was like come man you won a free trip.
 
thats insane! even if i was paying for everything i wouldnt do that. Now i just got a excuse to spend some cash!

 
Bobby and most everyone that shreds Breck is just stoked to be there, no reason to be intimidated. Plus Bobby is genuinely a super nice guy, not the type of person to judge your skiing, just happy to be skiing with others that love it as much as him. I remember rarely seeing anything but positivity from anyone there.

If you guys get good snow while you're there head up to the T-Bar and upper stuff on Peak 7 or 9. They've had a pretty rough snow year but you're going to be there at a great time regardless. It's going to be sick dude, only downside is that you'll want to move there after! ha
 
i wouldnt be intimidated, i feel more comfortable to ski at breck bc everyone is just stoked for everyone and anyone is approachable for advice. so jeolous have fun bro
 
Thats awesome man!! Breck's snow situation right now is super sketchy, tons of exposure everywhere. Nevertheless, super jealous you get to shred the park with bobby
 
Just on a side note, im not sure what you mean, but Bobby Brown is one of the few pros whos waits in the lines. A lot of other pros just cut, and piss people off
 
i dunno man they told me i have VIP and wont wait in any lines. Maybe he normally does but im sure it would be part of the promotion if he didnt.

i dunno what to expect really, who knows how it will turn out but even if i got to ski there for a few days for free and nothing else id still be the happiest guy around.

its killlllllllling me waiting to hear back with details i cant even concentrate lol.

once i get tickets in my hand im celebrating like a mofo
