How tall is she? If you are looking for a 100-110 waist ski then I assume you want something all mountain or more pow oriented. In that case she should have an easy pick of most men's ski. I'm only 5'2 and wouldn't dream of skiing anything shorter than 170 for all mountain riding, and there are plenty of 170 length men's skis. With how much rocker and tip taper they tack onto all-mountain skis these days you really need to size up a lot compared to what you would ride back in the full camber days. Don't let her make the mistake of getting something too short, a ski that is too short is a nightmare to try to float powder in, and it makes you work extra hard to stay stable in chop and crud. I feel like this is one of the reasons you don't see women charging as much, they are frequently on skis way too short for them. Even Blister gear review says beginners on modern skis should have a ski the same height as them. Assuming she's 5'2 and short like me that means she's 157-158cm tall. Now assuming shes not a beginner then she should be a whole size range up from that which puts her at the 168ish range, plenty of options there.
I also hate how girly the women's ski graphics are, it's one of the many reasons I stopped buying women's skis.
