Yeah so I haven't seen a skiing event in the X-Games for 3 years when I WENT there in 2000 at Mount Snow. For that reason I didn't know there was no Ski Big Air anymore. It's just pipe and slopestyle? When/why did they do away with the big air? Is it because people liked watching pipe more? I think they should have all 3 ;)

pipe and slope style is more creatative. and allows skiers to really show their skills throughout the whole run, instead of just throwing one big trick.

true, now that you mention creativity i agree. a lot of people can do one big trick. it's much tighter to have to link tricks together throughout a run. but still, it would be fun to see big air as well.

 
Yeah I totally agree, though. I mean, the slopestyle and pipe are just the best, craziest events ever. I just didn't realize there was no longer a big air.

i would like to see the big air back.... you may only be able to throw one big trick but it's another event with skiing... x games has too much snowboarding
