WMM question

i know search bar, i did and could't find anything that related really

i can get the audio from the video but cant get the vedio anyone else ever have ths problem or know a solution other than dont use WMM because its gay

We're talking about capturing, right? I spent a good while capturing in movie maker before I got Premiere...give me your steps...

It's being imported off a hard disc camera. Even when he hooks it up to the computer and goes into my computer and drags the files into a folder, they still come out with no video. He says they're .AVI too...
