To Whom It May Concern,
I've been reading about the claims you've stated about Level 1 and their "trademark infringement" of Mr. Miller. I have yet to see "Refresh," but have read that Mr. Miller's voice is the only thing of him used. I don't know how your company is financially but, would the results of your actions give you enough monetary satisfaction? Does attacking one of the best ski-movie production companies in the world fill the void you have? If you feel that this action is that of a positive one, why do you not advertise this on your website under the "In the News" column? I feel that you are however "disconnecting" instead of "[connecting] people to their passions," as also boldy stated on your homepage. Your recent action against L1P has gone against your claim of being "the most respected name in action sports filmmaking." I've notices that many fellow freeskiers have turned 180 degrees against your company and it's productions. This topic of you suing Level 1 and Mr. Berman makes me very sad and wonder what the ski industry is coming to. I feel sorry for you, that, in order to acheive happiness/satisfaction/pleasure/what ever it is you're looking for, you go against your "fellow" ski enthusiasts. Sincerely, Joe
my letter to the Bonnier Corp. hopefully every voice heard counts.
