Winter starting in Utah

Some nice shots this morning from AltaBird, Brighton, and Solitude. Buddy of mine went to the top of Jup at PCMR and recorded 5", which is also what Brighton is saying. Stoked!

It will be melted by tomorrow. Normal to above normal temps next 10 days. Maybe another front around Oct 5th...

We all know it's not the onset of winter yet, but you can't blame people for being excited when yesterdays 5ish inch "storm" on the peaks would have probably put it in the top 5 24hr totals during last years abortion of a winter.

If I remember correctly, We got pretty hammered around that time last year. G-man's sessions were going down like the 2nd week of october.

hey brahs just wanted to brag, winter has started, been skiing waist deep pow for the last 48 hours straight. this storm just wont let up. winter is really here.

totally fine with another 1.5 months of nice weather. early snow bodes poorly for the rest of the season. hopefully it turns on like a faucet in mid-late november.

haters gunna hate..first snow is exciting regardless if it sticks around or not..typically it doesn't
