Fucking tru. That's almost hoodie weather though, maybe I won't have to rock a coat this year since it'll only be 0F lol
 
I call so much bullshit on that. They are taking this and comparing it to the 97' el nino. Except for the fact the The arctic had the shortest melting season EVER and it way above the ice of that year. Plus Siberia already has an extensive snow cover, plus above average amount of greenland ice. Don't see NOAA talking about all of those factors do yah?
 
yeeeeeeeeeee boiiiiiiiiii, SLC looks like its in between both below and above average precip on that one map so im just gonna believe it wont be awful but it surely wont be blower.
 
Yeah these long term forecasts are just an educated guess based on current patterns, everything could completely flip in the next month. Just wait for winter to come and then we'll know how good it is.
