As for the most effective way of eating them, stand it up on your plate and apply pressure with your index finger and thumb at the top and then apply some force downwards. All of the meat will peel off the bone and you will be left with all of the meat dangling off the end of the bones. Super easy to dunk in your bleu cheese if you so wish and then easy to drop into the hatch without getting sauce on your face.
