advice. if you don't need it. dont get it

wat are you using it for. it sucks for gaming, it takes away tons of my memory. if you are, you need more than a gig to run nicely. my games run... but not too well. overall, i like its layout and run, but its for total noobs. it makes you accept lots of stuff, double checks that you wanna do it. its a pain sometimes, but its not too bad. if i had a choice, i would take XP over Vista. as for limewire, i dont use it, but i think it would work. people said all their pirated movies and music wouldn't work, and all mine works fine. i re-downloaded Photoshop easily, works flawlessy, as with all my music and pirated movies. stay w/ XP tho.

I only got it because I wanted to play Halo 2. Of course I didn't pay for it.

In my opinion, it looks real pretty... but it's no more functional than XP. It just uses more RAM. So if you like looking at pretty shit or want to play Halo 2, get it... if not don't bother.

windows vista's upgrade wont make you happy at all. not many things can run on it, if it was not made for vista. if you got a laptop/destop and had vista running on it, thats better than the upgrade. it has it flaws still but i would stick to XP.
