Windells?

For sure you should go!! Funnest place on Earth. My daughter and son first went when they were twelve. Didn't want to come home. You won't regret it!

Dude lay off he's 12...

For sure you should come! I'll be working there all summer!

I was a camper as a teenager and I will remember that week for the rest of my life.

was that a serious comment or are you making fun of the mtv camped out thing... if you were making fun of mtv hahahahaha

if you weren't i guess it all depends on who your grouped with and stuff because for me there was like no drama

Yeah deffinately go. Its really really fun, you get a lot better, and it just raises your confidence on skis. But deffinately go because its really fun.

He meant 8 days, haha. But when I worked at Woodward in Northern Wisco we had a kid stay all 10 weeks... his parents went off to Europe for a few months and didn't know what to do with him. It was kind of sad, actually...

Haha yeah... He was like 16. He liked it the first couple weeks but then it got old for him. He also got really sick at one point and just really wanted to be home. He was from Florida so he was completely out of his element.

We tried to treat him a little more like a staff member so he wouldn't get so lonely as a camper with basically all new kids every week.

damn i feel bad for the kid. that'd be a waste of a summer for me if i was him.

when i went to windells last year it got old after like 5 days lol i remember just wanting to go home a little cuz i missed my girlfriend and i didnt have time to talk to her. not saying i didnt have the time of my life but sometimes ud just sit and chill for a little and you just want to sleep in your own bed and go hang with your friends not the friends you see for like 8 days then u never see them again

Good thing I'm staying in a house with my team and not on campus at windells. But for real, Anyone who starts beef at a summer ski camp is fucking lame. You're all there for the same reason, To have a good time and learn some new tricks while having the advantage of skiing a sweet park in the summer. Kids are such pricks.

this. i met 1 kid that was a dick cuz he was good like that. 1 out of like 80 kids i met and every single one of them were so stoked on being there and no matter what u were learning or doing

I'd strongly recommend going to Momentum if you're are planning on going to a ski camp. This will be my fifth summer there and I first went when I was twelve. It's amazing. Its great for progression as they have jumps of all sizes including many a step up to safely learn on. They have a plethora of rails and you receive a new coach each day so that you get each coaches strong suits. Accommodations are in a nice hotel with hot tub and pool as well as many loft rooms. All your meals are included so you have no concerns and there's also a grocery store 70 ft across form the hotel. You get all the liberty you want, as well. Whistler Village is amazing with tons of stores from ski shops to candy stores and everything in between. In terms of activities there's water ramping which will help you progress a ton, mountain biking, Frisbee golf, camp soccer games, trampolining on an Olympic trampoline with a certified trampoline instructor, skating in Whistler's skate park, hiking, going to the many lakes around Whistler, rock climbing, camp basketball games, and and tons more. Oh, and all the activities are free. Even better, to appease your parents is that Momentum has a program developed for younger campers so that you're parents will feel safe about your presence in a foreign country. Although I'm sure you're plenty mature, it will help to convince your parents. You will love Momentum
Please PM me if you have any other questions.
