I'm looking for some kind of really lightweight windbreaker type jacket. Anyone have any suggestions?

I tried search barring but only lots and lots of bst threads appeared

stept makes a good one, yoke might have one next season, but most of the people i know just ride ones from skate companies, if you're a stickler about ski companies id say the stept one is the best call, also saga makes a coach's jacket but thts a little heavier, also check a thrift store

Get a decent mid layer wind stopper. Most Brands like salomon, arcteryx, North face ect and even brands like Oakley have decent mid layers in there range. You could get a gore branded wind stopper from any of those brands price will vary as will fit so go try a few on.

I got an Oakley wind stopper mid layer a couple of seasons ago and it's a great little jacket for under a shell on cold days.

Get a rain jacket/storm jacket with Gore-Tex. Go to REI or a similar store and try some on. Try them over just a t-shirt and also over a shell jacket or sweatshirt, assuming you'll use it for both. Try to find something with armpit zips for ventilation, and GET SOMETHING WITH GORE TEX.
