Winch, Bungie, Urban?

So my plan is to get some dope urban done this year. I have kinda been making a list of where to hit. I was wondering if anyone has done urban, and if they have, do you use a winch or a bungie? If you dont use any of those, how do you get speed?

winch's run you north of 1000 minimum, bungee or wood/metal drop in are what we use or a car or snowmobile with a rope if possible

it depends on the feature, how much money you have and how many people you have. that should be pretty obvious.

also, winches are not north of $1,000 minimum, i've seen a good one go for 700 bucks. just depends on who made it, who's owned it and who's selling it.
