Hey guys and gals. We're running a contest over on our Facebook page, but I thought a lot of you might be interested here on NS.
This time of year lots of us are starting to think about our summer skiing plans, whether it's just getting rink snow for your backyards, or heading to Whistler for summer camps.
We got together with Getboards to give out a summer skiing setup that will be good no matter what your plans are.
Here are the details:
What we are giving away: 1 pair of 4FRNT park skis, a pair of poles, a travel bag, beanies and some ski dvds.

So I was going to enter, but unfortunately I already left Mt. Hood for the summer and traded in my skis for my new summer set up... Crutches, a brace, and knee surgery =(
 
Bummer man. Hope you heal up fast. Feel free to enter anyway. Park skis also work well in the winter time. :)
 
Oh I will lol. I'm just bummed that mine got put away early from a shattered kneecap while training at windells last friday

BTW, have you tried shopping at Getboards lately? The customer service is top notch.
 
It's under like getboards.com or something like that idk couldn't find it on my phone so I entered on my computer

So what you're saying is, the winner will get a pair of Salomons in the wrong size?
 
It's a bummer that we can't include people who aren't in the US at this time. The logistics and costs of shipping skis overseas and even to Canada, can get out of hand quickly. We'll try and do something that everyone can enter sometime

I wonder if either of you 2 has even shopped at getboards... If i walked into your work and immediately started hating on it, wouldn't you be a bit offended? We all work very hard so don't bash us until you try us.

 
i have ordered from you guys before and when i did have a problem you guys handled it well.

and if you came into my work and started hating on it...

i would agree.

 
I have in fact used getboards before, and I was very unsatisfied with their service. I won't be using getboards again for a while.
