Wim Hof

Wim Hof is an epic mastermind, it took me years of training but I've finally mastered it , now when I go to DQ I dont get a brain freeze.
 
Breathwork is great for you and so are cold showers. Win Hof himself is a total fucking kook and anyone who listens to him is a retard. That’s all I have to say about that.

Wim Hof is the G.O.A.T, people call him crazy but literally everything he claims is backed up by science. The breath-work is super legit, I do it almost every morning when I wake up.

Not everybody has good enough peripheral circulation to do a marathon in -4 Fahrenheit in shorts and barefoot. I heard about a guy who got frostbite on his toes from running six miles home drunk and losing his shoes.

the everest in shorts thing is pretty insane though. Im curious what the temp dropped to while he was up there.
