Willing to volunteer FREE - Video/Social Media/Writing/Marketing/Etc.

What's up! Just found this new forum -- pretty awesome!

I'm posting here to see if any ski companies/mountains/magazines/etc. need help with any work for free! Just trying to make connections and build up a portfolio as much as I can.

I currently work at an internet marketing company full time, and I'm also producing videos for Bromley Mtn. this winter.

Anybody in the ski industry (primarily in the northeast) that needs a hand on a project or something of the sort, I'm definitely willing to help if I can. And even if you're located in the west too, I'm sure I could still help somehow.

Great if you want to volunteer with a non profit! But "volunteering" without college credit or pay hurts everyone looking for a job and students looking for an internship. If you have friends who could use help, great, you'll get an in. If you are looking to do unpaid work, I would look at your own social circle.

Very valid point, must say I didn't think about it that way.

Regardless, there are probably projects that are too small to consider an internship.
