Anyone have any inside info? I think they were gonna build windells this year and so far that’s not canceled so will they build a public park too?

I've been wondering the same thing. They have two lifts open right now I think, but def no the park. Wonder if they'll open it up at all? I really f'n hope so.

What’s the benefit of not building a park rn?

$$$$$$$

With skiing in such a high demand and supply so limited its not like they won't sell out reservations daily anyways.

Maybe in terms of building out huge real estate for parks but not really a reason to not build one. And tline has a big customer base and reputation for spring and summer parks. Idk what extent they'll build, I have no inside info, but I can't see a reason they wouldn't build a park.

Being independently owned Timberline might be a little different, but I feel that any resort running on a "limited basis" probably doesn't have parks high on their priority. It's not so much the cost of building the park either, I assume it's purely staffing. The resorts around here are being absurdly conservative about how many people they have on now, even with normal maintenance work that would be happening regardless of if summer activities were open.

I bet there will be some features up within a month but I doubt it would be on the scale they had planned for this year.

A lot of resorts are running on the ass end of a season some far beyond what they usually run. Idk tline always has a spring and summer, and parks are big there

They have a lot of good builders. I get that maybe it won't happen. But if anyone was gonna build a park tline would. Especially now that things are relaxing.

Again total speculation i have no idea what im talking about.

small park tomorrow

palmer this week

big park end of june

such respect for tline putting this all together

^there was already some catwork on the Mile when I was there today. no inside info and Timberline doesn't really say anything for sure because nothing is really for sure on top of a volcano but pretty sure they are building parks

Does anyone know if T-line will be hiring people this year? Have been planning on getting a summer job there for months now.

Next option might be to work for some other company that has lift ticket exchanges for days worked or something.

Anyone know?

Check their website for job listings and shoot them an email. Ask them if they're hiring and mention your interest.

Anyone know if they’re building a park on the magic mile? I saw the other little park but I imagine it’s almost melted out
