Will saga get mad?

So, I ordered a Large Rip city Red Jacket and Large Black pants from Saga a few months ago. Then, a few weeks later I decided I wanted to change the jacket to Anomie Blue and the pants to XL. The guy at saga told me to be absolutely sure of my change. Now I really want to change the Jacket to XL but am hesitant about emailing them another change. Will they still do the change or will they get mad or what? Anybody have an experience like this where they've changed their order a few times?

They will be mad but you're a customer, and they want to make you happy. The only reason I think they wouldn't do this is if it was out of stock

I'm assuming they'd be at least a bit miffed, as they are probably paying to ship you an item each time, and shipping really eats into the bottom line in any business. maybe offer to pay for shipping both ways?

who cares, you are paying them money, your items haven't shipped yet, you can ask for what ever changes you want

im sure it will be okay, all they have to do is change the order should be very simple.

tell them your friend got into your email and asked for a change haha but really im sure they wont mind all that much if you say your sure this time about your order

I emailed them like 4 times asking for changes. they were nice about it, but anyone would be annoyed.

Oh yeah dude if they haven't shipped yet "change" away. If they give ya shit about it I'd write em off and cancel the order. I get that they're lookin for definitive numbers so they don't end up with overstock this year with the economy and all but every company is like that this year. Plus they need to understand how it effects the consumer as well. People need to be sure of what they want and aren't spending money all willy nilly either. So if they want to keep a customer they better treat ya right.
