will line warranty me?

this is from one season of riding, edge damage (there is more than shown from pics) from rails, the gash on the side is not. if i sent them in, what would they tell me?

Line replaced my old 1260s after warranty expired when the edges is ripped off from grinding rails. They mailed me Mike Nick Pro instead.
