Wild Mtn update!!

yeah there were 2 guys at afton filming straight airs too, i wonder it those are the same guys. one of em had the new fujatives.

Sorry guys, the S-rail is offically dead. Tonight we are re-setting and we will place the two C-rails back to back. Hopefully the sequence will be killer and in the future I hope to set the two C's together with a down gap that will be real sick. Sorry!!!

Just got done with the re-set and it is real early in the morning. Here is the set up; two rail lines 1st has a flat down box (actually two boxes, sorry no gap yet) then the two c-rail set at an angle with about 30 feet in between the two, and finally the coffin box. The other rail line has the flat down and a flat up flat rail. The trash can is still at the bottom. Next week I hope to sink a couple of more rails because there seems to be enough room. The big booter is reallll nice. Sorry about killen' the s-rail I know it is important to the midwest, but there is always new stuff to build soon!! Do I here Wall Ride!!!

Some of the park crew actually put them together. It was their first time building a jib and some of the nuts and bolts needed to be tweaked. The boxes are in the shop to be painted and should be back out this week. I hope to re-set some stuff Thursday night. Those C-rails are a real bitch to set, but I hope everyone digs the set-up!!

check out the website (wildmountain.com) for the rates and I also post the changes for the park a couple of times per week. The park section of the website is pretty cool, park photos and video should be up and running soon.

1.12.06 Just got done with re-setting both parks. 1/4 Rabbit (our little park) has 4 rails or boxes and two small jumps. The main park was pretty beat up after all the warm weather. We switched up some stuff and unburied a bunch of other jibs. Two rail lines: 1) dbl barrel rail set on a down slope, 2 C rails, a small flat rail and then the coffin box. 2) a flat box set on a up slope and a flat up flat rail. We still have three jumps, the 35 footer is definitely feeling good today.

you guys need to fix the top "jumps" or should i say spines. they arent even worth hitting or doing anything off of. make em into like a 10-20'er or something. other then that its pretty sweet. i love the new boxes in the mini park and on top of the main park.

those 2 boxes were cut from the flat down?!? MAN i wanted to try that so bad, but i never got a chance b4 they took it down.

Alright kitty cats here is the new set up for Thurs. the 19th. We will re-set during the day so come up around 4pm for a fresh new set up. The two smaller jumps will be re-done. As someone suggested they will become larger and also placed up the run about 20 feet. Two lines, first will have the up gap down box, two spines, and at the bottom a 10-15 foot table. Second line will have the mailbox on a downslope, the single kink, dbl barrel real low, coffin box and the hourglass box. We have a comp for the little guys on Sun so the set is real mellow. Hopefully the next Tues 24th we will re-set again and put out some more narly gear. I also post changes on our website (wildmountain.com) under the park section. Peace!!

great job on the new set up guys. i must say i was very disappointed last week. but now its really sweet. the new top jumps are awesome, as well as the lines on the left. keep it up!

Patience Patience!! We will do some small changes on Tuesday night, with a new jib coming out for the first time. Next re-set will come in the first week in Feb. and the c-rails will be out again and yes we will set them flat.

The maintenance crew put together a 23 foot mailbox, kind of like our old one but longer and slightly skinner. Don't think we will change anything up tonight, and I will be gone for awhile. Next re-set will probably happen on Feb 2nd.

We will tweak some stuff on Tuesday night to make the set up and flow alittle better. Just pull some stuff and re-set it. Any suggestions for new rails (that will not break the budget), and remember our new motto is "build to fit". That means we build chill jibs because when we set gnarly stuff people complain. I have actually asked people about the C-rail set up and they tell me it is to big and wicked for the midwest. Anyways we plan on re-setting everyother week in both parks just to keep it fresh. Thanks for playing!!!

amen drew. its so true look back 5 years the long rail was something hard now its not much of a challenge.

thats the gayest thing i've ever heard. look at hyland, everything there is 10times as big as wild and nobody complains, they huck shit

they had one at keystone. actually it might be longer but it was either 100 or 150. keystone owns

anyways would anybody want to go out there saturday? i can drive but im probably going to go at like 12 ish cuz i have bball till 11 i think. just let me know

What up!!

Last re-set of the year, here is your line up. Stair case set up first, (flat box to down coffin box, dbl barrell on the downslope, flat box set on the downslope.) Best feature set up all year!! Down flat down, flat down flat, single kink, mailbox, angled C-rail and finally the bonk. The jumps got re-worked. The first got some more pop. The big booter got some more pop and is measured out at about 33 feet. This weekend should be killer!! See ya on Sunday!!

wild is really fun right now the jump is pretty shitty on the left side with like an anti pop lip but on the right side we made it nice and poppy and the up gap down box is really fun it's just a really fun setup to fuck around on steve they set up some boxes for ya too

those 2 new flatboxes you have are really nice - even if they arent set up as a flat-down, i still like em a lot.
