Wierd stickers

i got these stickers from spy today and they kinda look like tatoos ..they are like bumpy and they looked faded like there is something over them..what am i soposed to do with them?

peel the top layer off, the sticker part will come with it, then your press it onto a surface and it sticks, its not a solid sticker.

they're called decals, pull off the backing, stick, rubb, pull off the top, viola

after you stick them on something you have to rub the sticker kinda hard otherwise when you peel it off the actual sticker comes off.
